Ghassan Sarji and Sons Ltd provides engineering consulting, project delivery and asset management solutions to the resources, energy and infrastructure sectors. We add value to our clients’ projects and deliver results, even in the most challenging environments.
Founded in 1975 by Ghassan Sarji, our company became Ghassan Sarji and Sons Ltd in 2003, as a contracting company listed in CYPRUS and in ISRAEL with classification 3 branch 260, registered contractor No. 28399 for the implementation and performance of energy, industrial, earthworks and transport infrastructure pipes for fuel, gas, and water.

Our experienced team has the knowledge and expertise to professionally and competently assess our clients’ asset performance to determine the best strategies and opportunities for improvement.
Our proven methodologies have been delivering best in class outcomes for our clients for more than four decades and we continue to refine these methodologies through adopting new practices and technologies. From our design engineer and project manager to our foremen, pipe fabricators, high pressure welders, heavy equipment operators, welding and pipe inspectors, we encourage lifetime training and technical refinement to ensure our methodologies are embedded for the long term.

Throughout our existence we have established a wide variety of systems for some of the most complex projects in operation. From this experience we developed practices and technical knowhow that enables us to provide our clients’ with greater certainty and accuracy in realizing their assets.
Our contribution to the industry as a subcontractor includes companies such as Dan Rolider, Peter pipes, Friedman & Hershkowitz and some of Israel’s largest companies such as EAPC, Petroleum and Energy Infrastructure, Petroleum Products Ltd., Dead Sea Works, and others.
Projects
2009-2010 Construction of five storage tanks at EAPC Ashkelon, for Hershkowitz Ltd. including fire protection piping system, cooling system, foam and oil pipe system of 42″ dia. pipes over 3.5 km long.
2010-2012 Fabrication and installation of a JUMPER system at an underwater natural gas pipeline for Noble Energy, as a subcontractor of Friedman & Hershkovitz LTD.
2012-2016 Fabrication and installation of a fire extinguishing system with foam for the protection of four tanks, with capacity of 100.000 cubic meters each, for EAPC at Eilat. Additionally, a project of replacing a section of 160 meters in length in a 16″ diameter fuel line in “Beit Oren” for EAPC. Finally, a project for EAPC, converting containers 68 and 74 for distillates including crude oil and fuel system installation diameter with 42″ pipes including welding 4 units of PLIDCO 42″ diameter. All of the above projects were carried out with our company as the main contractor.
2016-2017 A project of copying 3 live fuel pipes for PEI, total length of 5.4 km for an oil infrastructure and energy PEI, part of Israel’s Highway No. 6 project in the Kiryat Tivon, as a subcontractor for Friedman Hershkovitz LTD.
2017- Project TAMAR8 – Fabrication and installation of a JUMPER system at an underwater natural gas pipeline for Noble Energy, as a subcontractor of Friedman Hershkovitz LTD. Additionally, a project for EAPC, replacing 60 meter of 32” diameter of sea oil pipe on shore. LPG – Liquefied Petroleum Gas – Replacing over 600 Meter of 2″, 4″, 6″, 8″ dia. of pipelines at EAPC-LPG Ashkelon Farm, the project was performed inside operational LPG farm.
2018 – Replacing 16″ fuel pipe, length of 350 meter including PLIDCO connections, The project was performed for EAPC.
2019 -2020 – Replacing 2,000 meter of 16″ fuel pipe for EAPC including 4 HDD horizontal drilling of 400 meter and PLIDCO connections.
2022 – Installing 32” shield of 3 meters length for sea line fuel pipe under limited construction area.
2022 – Replacing 160 meter of 16″ fuel pipe for EAPC including 2 GOLD Connection at Rammat Hovav, south of Israel.
2023 – Current Project, installing 150meter of 56” protecting shield pipe over 42” fuel pipe for EAPC.
